KiTTi Closure Notification

Following a review by Santander and Kalixa Payments Group, we’ve decided to close the KiTTi service. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but we want to explain what this means for you.

If you’re a KiTTi Owner

You can no longer:

The money loaded to your KiTTi account is safe but you can no longer use the KiTTi MasterCard to spend it. We will shortly refund the remaining balance on your KiTTi account to the debit card registered on your KiTTi account. If you have more than one debit card registered, we will use the card most recently used or registered.

If you haven’t yet fully completed your application, can’t currently use your account, or do not have an up to date debit card registered on your KiTTi account, please contact us 0800 086 8038 or 0203 695 1826 (opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) so we can help you receive your money and close your account.

If you’re a KiTTi Participant

You can no longer:

If you have any questions about the money in your KiTTi account, please contact the Owner of the KiTTi. The KiTTi Owner is responsible for all money held in their KiTTi account and it is their responsibility to agree and arrange the return of any money paid into their KiTTi by a Participant.

The KiTTi Team

Your cash kitty on your phone. Invite your friends. Chip in. Pay.

Say goodbye to the pint pot, the jam jar and bulging pockets full of cash because the good old-fashioned kitty has been reborn as KiTTi, the mobile app. Powered by Santander, KiTTi is safe, easy, cashless and a lot more fun than ever before.

How KiTTi works

The KiTTi mobile app allows you to set up a KiTTi to pay for anything from post football pub drinks to that group villa holiday in Greece.

Set up a KiTTi, invite friends and start filling it up together. Or just join an existing one.

Then, when the time comes to spend the KiTTi, you can transfer it onto the free prepaid KiTTi Card to pay.

What's KiTTi for?

(The people aren’t real. The stories could be, if you make them happen.)

“Have you paid your subs? That was my catchphrase, but not any more. As team captain and general dogsbody for a Sunday league team, KiTTi has made keeping track of my teammates weekly payments a cinch. I’ve red carded the Tupperware tub for good now.”

Holiday KiTTi

“We’re all going on a summer holiday… and it’s my job to collect the cash. There are 8 of us going to Greece and we all pay a bit into the KiTTi each month. Using the free prepaid KiTTi Card, I can pay for the flights, the villa and even save on card fees when we use it abroad.”

“It’s mum’s 50th next year and all the kids are going to treat her to a weekend away. Spa hotel, dinner, pamper package, the works. Big sister, Liz started the KiTTi and every month we all pay in what we can. Can’t wait to see mum’s face.”

“Once a month, a gang of us meet up for a few beers. In the past, I had the misfortune to hold the kitty, a crumpled wad of notes that gradually turned into half a ton of small change by the end of the night. Now I send out an invite from our Beer KiTTi and it all happens on my mobile.”
