If you’re a KiTTi Owner
Where possible, we’ve refunded all KiTTi balances to your debit card account.
If you have a question about your refund or have not received it, we need to talk to you urgently.
Please call us on 0800 086 8038 or 0203 695 1826 (opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) so we can return your money and close your account.
If the balance on your KiTTi account is less than £10 and we can’t contact you or you don’t contact us before 30th June 2017, we’ll donate your balance to our charity partners, Age UK and Barnardos.
If you’re a KiTTi Participant
You can no longer:
- upgrade from a Participant to a KiTTi Owner
- join an existing KiTTi
- load a KiTTi account
If you have any questions about the money in your KiTTi account, please contact the Owner of the KiTTi. The KiTTi Owner is responsible for all money held in their KiTTi account and it is their responsibility to agree and arrange the return of any money paid into their KiTTi by a Participant.
